I say Chelsea but there has always been a question mark over the makers of these with a gold anchor stamp |

there is a reference to these in Vic Schuler's collecting
Toby jugs book 1994 where these are referred to as Judy |

there is no damage to these items but there is paint wear on
them on the handling areas the knees and the coats and a touch
on the black hats but then again it is only paint wear |
|

The Vic Schuler book dates these to around 1930 and he is probably right according to our research |
